Policies Terms:
Net 30 from date of invoice or credit card we take Master
Card, Visa and Discover. All orders subject to
credit approval.
Special Orders: Orders for products not
stocked in our warehouse have to be placed in standard pack
quantity. No returns on special order items unless the
manufacturer will take the merchandise back. Customer
will pay freight back to manufacturer and any restock fees.
Returns: Call Toll Free 1-800-258-7345 for a return authorization
number in advance. No returns will be accepted without
prior approval. All merchandise must be unopened and
in resalable condition.
Customer Error: Returns will need to be
sent to Heartland at customers expense within 10 days of
delivery. Items must be in resalable condition and
a copy of invoice must be sent back with items. A
15% restock fee will be charged.
Heartland Error: Heartland will be
responsible for getting product back to warehouse.
No restock fee will be charged on Heartland's mistakes.
Warranty: Because of all different
manufacturers represented by Heartland Marketing, please
call for warranty information.
Claims: No Claims for shortages reported
after 10 days from receipt of goods will be honored.
Freight Policy: FOB Actual shipping charges
will be figured and charged to customer for all orders.
Heartland does offer free shipping at certain levels as
shown in the map below:
The above freight policy applies only to products
normally stocked in Heartland warehouse at regular or sale
flyer pricing. All other orders (bookings or special
quotes) stand on their own.
Note: Zone 2 covers the front range and eastern
Colorado.
